SuppPrep Terms of Use

Last updated November 7, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of SuppPrep (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using SuppPrep you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What SuppPrep is

SuppPrep is a small, independent practice site for Ontario university supplementary applications (video, Casper-style and written). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any university, Kira Talent, Acuity Insights (Casper) or Anthropic. The questions are original practice questions written for this site, not real questions from any school.

2. Practice only, no guarantees

Scores and feedback are practice estimates from an AI model or a simple built-in check. They are not the schools’ scoring, and we do not promise they predict your real result.
We do not promise that using SuppPrep will improve your application or get you an offer of admission.
Program details and deadlines come from public sources and may be wrong or out of date. Always confirm requirements and deadlines on the school’s own website.

3. Your account

You must give a real email address you control, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
If you are under 18, use SuppPrep only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
One person per account. Do not share logins or use automated tools to create accounts or run sessions.

4. What you may and may not do

Use SuppPrep only to practice your own answers, for your own use.
Do not try to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the site, bypass daily limits, or access other people’s data.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that contains other people’s private information.
Do not copy, resell or republish the site’s questions, scoring or other content without our written permission.

5. Your answers and feedback you send us

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to process it to run the service: to send it to Anthropic’s Claude API to be scored, to store it with your results history, and to read feedback or problem reports you send so we can improve the site. See the Privacy Policy for details. Do not put sensitive personal information in your answers.

6. Limits on AI scoring

AI scoring is limited per account per day, and the site may switch to the simpler built-in estimate at any time, for example when its monthly budget is used up. We may change these limits at any time.

7. Availability and changes

SuppPrep is provided as is and as available. It may be down, change, or be withdrawn at any time, and data may be lost despite backups. We may add paid features in future; if we do, we will say so clearly before you are charged and these terms will be updated.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of SuppPrep, including decisions you make about applications or missed deadlines, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us (currently nothing). Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If you keep using SuppPrep after a change, you accept the updated terms. For significant changes we will try to notify you on the site or by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
